I'd climbed this small but great peak once before on a day which I combined it with UN 7470 farther down the road. Along with my brother Mike, we retraced my route up to the blocky summit. Looking back on old pictures, I was surprised to see how little snow there was in March 2012 compared to this time. The ridge that the trail wraps around had a good amount of snow(up to 2') on the north face but otherwise the hike was pretty dry. We were the first to sign in for 2014, with the last visit being in August 2013 according to the register. The whole trip took about two hours including the time spent on top. I'll be sure to visit again in the summer.
